Shipping & Return Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Items are shipped directly from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO
- Orders are processed and shipped within two business days (not including weekends and holidays).
- Excluding bulk and international orders, all shipments will be sent in a padded mailer via USPS (see below for additional information on international shipments).
- Tracking info is provided once your order ships.
- We ship both domestically as well as internationally (see policies below)
- Please double check billing and shipping addresses are accurate prior to submitting an order. Any incomplete or wrong addresses will delay the delivery of an order.
- Most orders will be delivered to your mailbox or in some cases, the post office may hold your order at their office is there is not a mailbox available.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
- Once shipped, orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
- Peak season, weather and holidays may affect USPS delivery times.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping fees for domestic orders are $4.50.
- Free shipping on orders over $35.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
- Most international orders are sent via FedEx, in order to maintain acceptable service level and transit times.
- FedEx Ground is utilized for Canadian shipments, with FedEx Express being used for all other international orders.
- Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of an order and the destination country.
- International shipments may be subject to an additional duty/tax upon delivery, based upon the laws and regulations within your home country. Buddy Patches, Inc. is not able to estimate or assess these charges, if applicable, at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. Please keep this in mind when budgeting for and completing your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- After your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. This can take up to 48 hours. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has shipped. The second email will include your tracking number for your package.
- If there is a delay with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly, prior to contacting us. After receiving your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for information to appear on the carrier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to find a resolution for your situation, but the best solution is to always ensure package protection is purchased.
INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their shipping address is entered correctly at the time the order is placed.
- If any changes are needed, contact us as soon as possible, as orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. Please place your order number in the subject line of your email. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
- If an order is delivered to an incorrect or insufficient address, it is the customer's responsibility to place a new order. Refunds and replacement orders will not be provided due to customer errors.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If you would like to return or exchange an order, please contact our customer service team.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 days of the date an order was placed.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused.
- Buddy Patches is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Sale items are not refundable.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will contact you with additional information. If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method (less return shipping charges).
